The Sunshine Coast Art Prize (SCAP) 2010 is a national art award that showcases contemporary 2D artworks by leading local and national artists. An exhibition showcasing the 40 finalists is being held from 18 August 2010 to 3 October 2010 at the Caloundra Regional Gallery, Omrah Avenue, Caloundra. Entry to the gallery is free.  

The general public is also welcome to attend a gala event to announce the SCAP10 winner. The gala event will be held on Thursday, 26 August 2010.  

SCAP incorporates a public program including workshops, talks, tours and performances for all ages.
